A long-time adjunct college professor and ethicist, he is the author of You Mean It or You Don't: James Baldwin's Radical Challenge, as well as creative nonfiction, scholarly articles, and screenplays. He helps organizations clarify and implement their values as the founder of Applied Ethics Consulting, LLC.
